a copy of the Pet Peeves & Problem People book to use with the course. Instruction to

access the course will be emailed to you the week before the course begins.

Refund Policy:  A $50.00 handling fee will be charged for all cancellation refunds beginning March 2, 2011.  

Any cancellations made March 7, 2011 or later will not be refunded.
