How do I register and pay for a course?
You can register for any of these course dates by either postal mail , phone, or our secured server.
Payment should be made in conjunction with registration. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and checks are acceptable form of payment.
When should I register for my program?
Due to the pre-course materials, it is important to register as far in advanced as possible. We recommend registering at least two (2) weeks in advance, although registration will remain open until about 3 days prior to program date.
What are the pre-course materials?
Depending upon the multi-day course in which you enroll, the pre-course materials may include 360 degree assessments, personality profiles (MBTI or Social Compass), conflict-management inventories, and communication style inventories (FIRO-B). All of the pre-course assessments and materials will be kept confidential. Because of the hours necessary to complete these materials, these materials will be sent out seven weeks prior to the workshop date. Additionally, the 360 degree assessments require multiple individuals (like employees, peers, supervisors, and customers) to evaluate the participant in various areas. We ask that the materials for the corresponding course are delivered to us at least three (3) weeks prior to the course date. This can be done electronically or by postal mail.
Most single day and two-day programs do not have pre-course materials.
What if I am unable to attend or need to transfer dates/participants?
Due to the nature and the extent of our pre-course preparation, there are fees for cancellation or transferring dates or participants.
Cancellation: Up to 5 business days prior to the closing registration date, cancellation fees are $50.
If you cancel within 5 businesss days or after the closing registration date, refunds will not be extended due to venue, shipping, chapter and other fees.
Participant Transfer: You may transfer participants prior to the course date, with no transfer fee.
What does my tuition include?
Depending upon the course, materials may include extensive workbooks, books, training handouts, self-evaluations, video recorded rehearsal sessions, feedback materials, and follow-up coaching for heightened goal attainment.
For most of our open-enrollment programs, tuition also includes meals within one of the venues with which we contract. Tuition does not include travel to and from program site.
