First, I would like to say that the Pet Peeves and Problem People Online Course provided a safe forum to share experiences and find ways collectively with our peers to solve issues. My Project Team will have various recommendations for resolution shared among the team. I would highly recommend this course to any Project Manager who wants to reflect on their personal style when working with these Pet Peeves and Problem People. It will amaze you of the misconceptions we all have for addressing issues and how we can become more effective in our reaction to opportunities. ~ Audrey Huber, PMP, Thomson West

This course has been an excellent experience and provided an environment where participants from all over the United States interacted and injected their leadership characteristics ad successful communication strategies to others that truly wished to grow their own leadership background. One sure way to learn is to have an environment where opinions can be expressed and massaged into a constructive learning environment. The facilitator for this course not only did an excellent job of structuring the models into a progressive and well rounded structure, she also monitored and injected her experiences from many different areas of exposure. Anyone who wishes to understand some of the barriers leaders' face both with internal struggles and pet peeves but also how other people's pet peeves can actually have a significant impact on their ability to leade effectively-- should definitely take this course.

As an avid student of Leadership and one who understands that growing leadership skills is an ongoing evolution-- I thoroughly enjoyed participating in this tremendous learning experience. ~ Randy Bell, MPM, PMP
